Use Obligations

However, if this site or any OneCall Nigeria services are used in a way in which OneCall Nigeria, in its sole discretion, deems to violate these terms and conditions of use, OneCall Nigeria or its agent may take any responsible actions they deem appropriate. Such action may include, but is not to, temporary or permanent removal of content, filtering of Internet transmissions and the immediate suspension or termination of your log in account. OneCall Nigeria shall not be liable in any way for any such responsive actions. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of laws provisions, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos State, Nigeria. No joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and OneCall Nigeria as a result of this agreement or use of this site and/or its services. OneCall Nigeria's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of OneCall Nigeria's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this site, OneCall Nigeria services or information provided to or gathered by OneCall Nigeria with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
